Evergreen Cove follows a young hero drawn into a secretive community where the ordinary shoreline gives way to layered magic, rival agendas, and a fast-moving test of courage. The story blends discovery, friendship, and escalating danger as the protagonist learns what must be defended and what must be risked.
Logline: In this middle grade fantasy sequel, the world widens beyond the cove as shifting alliances across four realms pull the young cast into a larger struggle.
The Four Kingdoms expands the scope of the Evergreen Cove setting, sending familiar characters into a broader network of powers, histories, and fragile agreements. It builds on the first book's sense of wonder while raising the stakes with harder choices, new territories, and a deeper test of loyalty.
